Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive, execution-driven

Content & Growth Officer

to own content end-to-end, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, bilingual content (English & Arabic), success stories, employee-generated content (EGC), community initiatives, video, and modern AI tools. This is not a traditional "social media poster" role, it's for a content operator who combines storytelling, video, AI, and community building to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives. Manage and maintain bilingual content streams (English & Arabic). Capture, package, and publish success stories and case-style content. Film, edit, and repurpose short-form video content for social and internal channels. Support founders and employees in employee-generated content (EGC) creation. Cover and document roundtables, workshops, and events, turning them into engaging content. Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting rhythm. Ensure all content reflects the brand tone, professional standards, and cultural fluency. Leverage AI tools for video editing, captioning, content ideation, and basic automation.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficient in videography (phone + camera) and short-form video editing. Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and trends. Bilingual content experience (English & Arabic) with cultural sensitivity. Experience with AI tools for content creation, automation, and ideation. Strong storytelling skills, especially for success stories, events, and community narratives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
