Job Purpose

The

Media Content Creation Officer

will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, creating, and publishing engaging multimedia content (video, photo, text) across all digital channels (social media, website,...) to showcase our expertise, drive brand awareness, educate our audience on vehicle care, and ultimately increase service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing goals, seasonal demands (e.g., pre-summer AC checks), and industry trends (e.g., EV maintenance, advanced diagnostics). Research and propose creative content ideas that resonate with the audience, focusing on transparency, professionalism, and high-quality service. Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing reports and actionable insights to optimize future content.

Content Production (Photo & Video Focus)

Shoot and Edit:

Independently plan, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, Facebook, ... ) and professional photography showcasing: Behind-the-scenes glimpses of complex repairs. "How-to" guides and quick vehicle maintenance tips. Customer testimonials and vehicle handover moments. Ensure all visual content is consistent with the brand's aesthetic and professional quality standards. Manage and maintain all content creation equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.).

Digital Publishing & Engagement

Write compelling, accurate, and SEO-friendly copy for social media captions, posts, and website service pages, emphasizing our technical expertise and commitment to quality parts. Schedule and publish content across all relevant platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website/blog. Actively monitor social media channels and engage with comments and messages, directing service inquiries to the appropriate team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, content trends, and best practices in the UAE market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a content creation role, with a strong portfolio showcasing videography, photography, and editing skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, etc.). Proficiency in managing and growing business accounts on major social media platforms.

Automotive Knowledge:

A basic to intermediate understanding of car repair, maintenance, and diagnostics is a significant advantage. The ability to quickly grasp and translate technical topics into engaging, accessible content is essential.

Language:

Excellent written communication skills in

English and Arabic

is preferred, given the local market and clientele.

Work Style:

Highly creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
