Onboarding suppliers by coordinating with supplier POCs to collect the details required for registration
Coordinate with the internal content, shoot, supply chain, and accounts teams to ensure smooth and fast supplier onboarding.
Train registered suppliers on marketplace operations and ensure that operational SOPs are being followed by suppliers.
Upload all the documents, product details, and images received from the supplier on the internal content platforms.
Track the listing of products uploaded and ensure all the internal stakeholders are working within SLAs to reduce product listing TAT.
End-to-end ownership of all listing and onboarding processes and operations to ensure a best-in-class experience for sellers.
Work closely with the head of marketplace, business development managers, and internal e-commerce teams to
Ensure all the supplier listings go live on time.
Ensure all the supplier queries and concerns are resolved on time.
Ensure all the required product content details (attributes, descriptions, and titles) are received from the supplier.
Review the content (Product attributes, descriptions, filters, etc.) and correct the errors.
Be the primary POC for sellers and develop strong working partnerships with them.
Role Requirements
Experience in retail or e-commerce would be preferred.
Prior experience in vendor management would be preferred.
Proficient in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
