This role will oversee the full content lifecycle--from ideation to execution--while also managing partnerships with social media influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a holistic content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
Lead and mentor a content team (writers, editors, designers, and content strategists).
Oversee the creation and distribution of content across websites, blogs, social media, video, email, and more.
Ensure brand consistency, tone, and voice across all channels.
Collaborate with SEO, Product, PR, and Creative teams to develop content that supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy to support brand awareness and engagement goals.
Identify, vet, and build relationships with social media influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage influencer contracts, content calendars, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Coordinate campaigns between internal teams and influencer partners to ensure aligned messaging and brand compliance.
Measure and report on the performance and ROI of influencer partnerships.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
Continuously optimize content and influencer campaigns based on performance data and audience engagement.
Stay informed about digital trends, platform changes, and content innovations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Prior more than 7 years of experience in content strategy, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Prior 3 years experience managing influencer partnerships or working within influencer marketing in UAE & Middle East Region.
Proven ability to develop engaging content and grow brand presence across digital platforms.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in B2C digital marketing, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, tech, or e-commerce industries.
Understanding of FTC guidelines and legal considerations around influencer marketing.
Experience working with both micro and macro influencers.
Preferred prior experienced in marketing agency and media industry.
