. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with category and buying team to get visibility on upcoming buys and launches from concepts and elabels. Define the list of curation to take up per category for each seasonal launch (ensure selected curations have enough depth) Product selection and styling for all curations Review styling board shared by studio team / agency for all shoots and work with them to close on the product selection Link curation optimization per trend (make sure all products in the link are relevant with the shoot image displayed) Responsible for keeping track of all orders/products borrowed for shoots and make sure the process in place is followed: Keep a record of all the shoot orders/products Supervise the unpacking, usage and packing of all products and make sure everything follows the processes set in place Track all shoot returns and follow up on refunds with finance and supply chain QC all adaptations of video and still assets to make sure the copy and design is correct QC site regularly from a content perspective to make sure all design guidelines are followed and connect with relevant teams to make sure all required changes are applied Stay up to date with trends and ideas that engage audiences and assist in preparing a monthly presentation to benchmark what competitors and leaders in the industry are doing What You'll Need To Succeed You are creative and eager to showcase your ideas You are a multitasker and know how to manage your time well across multiple projects You are good at working under pressure with tight timelines You love Fashion and are up to date on all fashion and beauty trends Required experience: Fresh graduate with a Marketing/fashion degree preferred Styling experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication/editing skills, in both English and Arabic Team worker, problem solver and can do attitude Strong communication and analytical thinking skills Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Travel:
