Content Creator / Video Editor

who can bring creativity and fresh ideas to showcase our properties and brand across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn). Shoot and edit property videos, reels, and promotional campaigns. Develop creative graphics, infographics, and short-form content for digital marketing. Write catchy captions, blog posts, and website content. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and content calendars. Ensure brand consistency in all content produced.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Editor. Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Strong creativity and storytelling skills. Knowledge of trending social media formats and platform algorithms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior experience in real estate content creation is a plus.
