Job Description

We are one of the top real estate agencies in Dubai, focused on luxury property and powerful personal branding. We are looking for a full-time content creator who can bring energy, creativity, and strategy to the online presence of 2 of our senior property consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage three agent social media accounts: 2 individual accounts in English + 1 couple account in English + 1 individual account in Arabic Create the social strategy for all 4 accounts (personal brands) while keeping in mind the target audience for each Produce an average of 60 unique short-form videos per month in total which will be divided across the 4 accounts. The content should be tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Own the full content cycle: Ideation & concept development, Content strategy, Shooting and editing ,Publishing & performance tracking Maintain a detailed content calendar across all accounts Handle all posting, captioning, scheduling, and engagement Experiment with content formats to drive growth and reach (viral trends, storytelling, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Occasionally shoot and edit video tours for real estate listings

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency or a similar content/social media role Proven experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content Strong shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera; vertical-first content) Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar Highly creative, trend-aware, and up to date on social media algorithms Excellent time management and organization skills Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a car Willing to do a 2-week paid trial before official hire
