Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled

Content Creator & Social Media Manager

to join our team and take full ownership of our brand's digital presence, especially on

Instagram

. This is a

full-time, in-house

position based in Dubai, ideal for someone with deep experience in fashion, luxury aesthetics, and high-impact storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality content (videos, photos, reels) aligned with our brand's identity. Develop creative content strategies that tell our brand story and promote engagement. Organize and execute shoots (including location scouting, booking models/talent, and styling coordination).

Social Media Management

Manage daily posting and scheduling across all platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram. Maintain and curate a visually compelling

Instagram grid

that reflects the brand's luxury and elegance. Be highly active on

Instagram Stories

, Reels, and Lives--sharing behind-the-scenes, launches, customer moments, etc. Engage with followers and nurture community growth and loyalty.

Brand Development & Growth

Identify content opportunities to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement. Collaborate closely with the founders to reflect the brand's voice and evolution. Stay up to date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and fashion movements to keep the brand current and ahead.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably in

fashion, beauty, or luxury brands

. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in

videography, photography, video editing

, and content production. Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar editing tools. Experience managing Instagram and creating engaging content for luxury/lifestyle audiences. Creative, organized, proactive, and able to

work independently

and

take initiative

. Strong visual and storytelling sensibility. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
