Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Social Media Intern

to join our dynamic team. This is a

hands-on role

that combines strategy with execution, requiring initiative, adaptability, and a strong eye for content. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator to develop and manage our online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Posting

Build and manage content calendars for daily posting. Maintain a consistent brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit. Research trends and pitch fresh, creative ideas (beyond AI-generated content).

Content Creation & Shoot Coordination

Plan and coordinate shoots with staff, models, and clients. Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and product-focused content. Collaborate with the Content Creator and Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life.

Community Engagement & Growth

Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and nurture community connections. Connect with potential clients, influencers, and relevant communities to grow reach. Focus on organic, authentic engagement strategies.

Digital Marketing Support

Assist with running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns. Support website and SEO initiatives with our digital partners. Contribute ideas to enhance our digital presence overall.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Strong photography and videography skills. Confident appearing on-camera for brand content.
Requirements

Strong command of

English & Hindi

. Familiarity with Meta Ads and social media analytics. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design. Highly organised and adaptable with tight timelines. Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a small team environment. Passion for fashion, styling, and digital storytelling is a plus.
