We're scaling our team and looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled creative powerhouse to join us as a

Content Creator & Social Media Executive. This role is a hybrid of hands-on content production, platform management, and paid advertising execution. We want someone who's creative, organized, data-driven, and ready to produce scroll-stopping content while managing our digital ecosystem with precision.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production

Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for campaigns and daily content. Participate in modeling when required. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and stylists. Source props, models, and locations for shoots. Maintain a well-organized, structured content library. Adapt and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Social Media Management & Advertising

Schedule and publish content across all brand social channels. Engage with the community (DMs, comments, mentions) to build relationships. Monitor trends and competitor strategies to inspire new concepts. Execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Track and optimize ad performance daily to increase ROI. Prepare regular performance reports for both organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in content creation (photo/video) and social media management. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of trends, storytelling, and community engagement. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
