Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for property listings, market updates, community highlights, and lifestyle content.
Create high-quality visual and written content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Shoot and edit photos and videos for property tours, agent profiles, and promotional campaigns.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team and agents to gather requirements and deliver content that supports sales goals.
Research trending content formats, hooks, and industry insights to improve engagement.
Optimize content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, website).
Assist with scriptwriting, captions, and storytelling that enhance brand identity.
Ensure brand consistency in color, tone, style, and messaging.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, new project launches, and community developments.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Specialist (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong skills in video production, editing, and photography.
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva).
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
