About the Role:

Aston Gate Real Estate -- a boutique brokerage founded in Canada -- is expanding rapidly in Dubai and seeking a

dynamic, on-camera-ready Content Creator & Real Estate Assistant

to join our elite team.

This is a unique dual-role position combining

UGC-style content creation

(think TikTok/Instagram Reels, developer walkthroughs, lifestyle videos)

with real estate support

, including client communication, scheduling, and project coordination. If you're charismatic on camera and passionate about property, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation (UGC Style)

Shoot and edit TikTok/Reels-style real estate content regularly Host property walkthroughs and on-site tours with the CEO Produce behind-the-scenes brokerage content (client meetings, events) Help build a luxury brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Real Estate Assistant Duties

Coordinate client showings, developer meetings, and scheduling Manage WhatsApp/CRM updates and property listing documentation Assist with brochure prep, reservation forms, and deal tracking Attend developer launches and assist with day-to-day brokerage tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong

on-camera presence

and confident speaking ability Real estate experience or

at least 6 months in sales/admin/assistant role

Fluent in English (Arabic/French/Russian is a bonus) Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills TikTok, Reels, or basic video editing experience is a huge asset Based in Dubai and available Monday-Saturday
