creative and proactive Content Creator

to help us tell our story, engage our audience, and drive meaningful growth through powerful content.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented Content Creator who can produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and property listings. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and connecting with our target audience.

Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns Design and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) to showcase properties and promote services Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, ads, and promotional materials Capture and edit high-quality photos/videos of real estate listings when needed Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content for engagement and reach Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Stay updated on real estate market trends and digital content innovations

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a content creator, digital marketer, or similar role Strong portfolio of work (including social media content, videos, and/or blog posts) Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Interest or background in real estate marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field Photography/videography skills are a strong advantage Available to join immediately
