We're currently seeking a
creative and driven Content Creator
to join our dynamic marketing team. If you're passionate about real estate, storytelling, and content that converts, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write compelling copy for property listings, brochures, blog posts, and marketing campaigns
Create short-form and long-form video content highlighting properties, company updates, and market trends
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create visually aligned and effective promotional material
Conduct property walkthroughs and interviews with agents for video content
Stay up to date with social media trends and real estate marketing best practices
Monitor and analyze content performance, adapting strategy as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or social media manager (real estate experience preferred)
Strong understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and brand voice
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable being on camera and filming on location
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
