Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, graphics) for real estate listings and agent branding
Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with agents and marketing teams to generate creative ideas
Write clear and catchy captions that align with the company voice
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital content
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of content creation experience in the
real estate sector
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in tools like
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
, or similar
Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and social media trends
Ability to shoot content with mobile or camera equipment and manage natural/indoor lighting
