We are a leading company in the real estate and construction industry, We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator with experience in the real estate / construction industries to join our marketing team.

Job Summary:

As a Content Creator, you will develop engaging and informative content that highlights our projects, services, and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.) Create written, visual, and video content showcasing real estate listings, construction projects, behind-the-scenes operations, and company milestones. Conduct interviews with project managers, clients, and team members to generate authentic and insightful content. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, infographics, and marketing materials. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in real estate and construction marketing.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in content creation, in real estate, construction, or related industries. MANDATORY Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience creating video content (filming, editing, basic production). Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
