Video Content Creator

to help us turn cold prospects into warm appointments through high-impact video.

The Role

We have a steady stream of clients who need professional, engaging video content. This is a

project-based role

, where you will work closely with our founder to produce videos that explain complex systems, showcase social proof, and drive "Call to Action" responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct-Response Video Editing:

Create short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form (VSL/YouTube) videos that prioritize conversion.

A-Roll & B-Roll Management:

Clean up raw footage (A-roll) and enhance it with relevant B-roll, motion graphics, and dynamic captions.

Visual Storytelling:

Use pacing, sound design, and visual hooks to keep retention high--especially for "boring" niches like business brokerage.

AI Integration:

(Bonus) Leverage 2026 AI tools (Descript, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up workflow and enhance video quality.

Platform Optimization:

Format videos correctly for LinkedIn, YouTube, and landing pages.

Requirements:

Portfolio:

A proven track record of creating videos that look professional and feel high-energy.

Efficiency:

Ability to turn around a first draft within 48-72 hours.

Direct-Response Knowledge:

You understand that "viral" doesn't matter if it doesn't lead to a booking. You know how to highlight a "Problem/Solution" framework.

Communication:

Strong English skills (written and verbal) to collaborate on scripts and feedback.

Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (Desktop).

Compensation & Growth:

Per-Project Pay:

Competitive rates based on the complexity of the video (Short-form vs. VSL).

Volume:

As Digital Upgraders scales, consistent performers will be given priority for all new client onboarding.
