Job Description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella - SALT, Parker's, Somewhere, Public, Soil, Shalwa and Kumo.

We are looking for a passionate Content Creator to join our Creative team and help tell the story of our hospitality brands. In this role, you will be dedicated to a specific brand, producing high-quality, food-centric content designed to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms. If you have a deep love for the culinary world and a knack for creating visual stories that resonate, you will play a vital part in bringing our brand identity to life.

Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative content pillars that align with the brand's voice. Stay current with social media trends and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing. Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of posts across all platforms. Capture the essence of the dining experience, from food preparation and plating to guest atmosphere. * Monitor community engagement and platform analytics to refine and improve future content strategies.
