Black Sea Business Center is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to serve as the voice and visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality content that showcases premium properties and strengthens our real estate presence.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media:
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Copywriting:
Write blogs, property listings, advertisements, and email marketing campaigns.
Production:
Shoot and edit high-quality property photos and videos.
Strategy:
Plan content calendars and stay ahead of real estate market trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the Real Estate industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Communication:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Presence:
Comfortable appearing on camera for video content and property tours.
Portfolio:
Applicants must provide a portfolio or links to relevant previous work.
