Full-timeBlack Sea Business Center is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to serve as the voice and visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality content that showcases premium properties and strengthens our real estate presence.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media:
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.Copywriting:
Write blogs, property listings, advertisements, and email marketing campaigns.Production:
Shoot and edit high-quality property photos and videos.Strategy:
Plan content calendars and stay ahead of real estate market trends.Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically within the Real Estate industry.Technical Skills:
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.Communication:
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Presence:
Comfortable appearing on camera for video content and property tours.Portfolio:
