Black Sea Business Center is seeking a creative and driven
Content Creator
to become the voice and visual identity of our brand. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual and written content that highlights premium properties, tells compelling success stories, and inspires trust in our real estate expertise.Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Write blogs, property listings, advertisements, and email marketing content Shoot and editproperty photos and videos
(preferred) Plan content calendars and manage scheduling tools Collaborate withmarketing and sales teams
to ensure consistent messaging Monitor real estate trends and adapt content strategies accordinglyRequirements
Proven experience as a
Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate
(required) Proficiency in tools such asCanva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Portfolio showcasing relevant work (links required)Bonus Skills
Experience in real estate marketing Knowledge of
SEO and content optimization
Comfortable appearing on camera for video contentJob Type: Full-time
