Content Creator
with a strong social media presence to join our team

. The ideal candidate must have
50,000+ followers
on at least one major platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or others) and a proven ability to consistently create engaging, high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, campaigns, and brand promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute creative concepts.
Produce trending, engaging, and platform-optimized content (Reels, TikTok videos, stories, vlogs, etc.).
Participate in brand shoots, events, and activations.
Manage posting schedules, coordinate captions, and maintain content calendars.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
Engage with audience, respond to comments, and build community loyalty.
Requirements
Minimum 50,000 genuine followers
on at least one social media platform.
Proven experience as a content creator, influencer, videographer, or similar role.
Strong on-camera presence and confidence.
Excellent skills in content creation: videography, photography, editing, storytelling.
Proficient with editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom).
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
Ability to work on-site in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Creative, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with brand collaborations or influencer marketing.
Knowledge of paid ads, SEO for social media, and analytics tools.
Ability to script, storyboard, and plan shoots independently.
