As a Content Creator at MCFLIX, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. You will work closely with our creative team, videographers, editors, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Create engaging photo, video, and social media content for various clients.
Film behind-the-scenes, events, lifestyle content, product shots, and storytelling videos.
Appear on-camera when necessary (optional if the role includes presenting).
Plan and execute creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and trends.
Creative Strategy
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content ideas.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Develop concepts that fit each brand's tone and audience.
Social Media Execution
Shoot & edit Reels/TikToks using mobile apps (CapCut) or desktop.
Draft captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
Coordinate with the marketing team for scheduling and optimization.
Client Interaction
Join client meetings when required to understand content needs.
Represent MCFLIX professionally and ensure smooth communication.
Suggest creative ideas to clients to improve performance.
Project Management
Organize shooting days and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
Collaborate with videographers, models, HMUAs, and the production team.
Ensure brand consistency across all assets.
Requirements
Strong experience in content creation (mobile or professional camera).
High creativity with an eye for aesthetics, lighting, and storytelling.
Familiar with Instagram/TikTok trends and algorithms.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere is a plus).
Confident personality with strong communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Passion for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, food, and modern Dubai culture.
Preferred Skills
Photography or videography background.
On-camera presenting experience is a plus.
Knowledge in marketing, ads, and brand strategy.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
