Job Description

South Xclusive Real Estate L.L.C is looking for a talented and energetic

Content Creator

with a

minimum of 1 year real estate experience

and strong

graphic designing skills

. If you're creative, organized, and love producing engaging content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality content for social media (reels, photos, stories, graphics). Shoot and edit videos for property tours, agent profiles, and brand campaigns. Design marketing materials, including posts, brochures, banners, and layouts. Develop engaging captions, scripts, and creative concepts. Coordinate with agents for shooting schedules and content needs. Stay updated on real estate content trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of real estate industry experience

(mandatory). Strong

graphic design skills

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar). Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
