About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate
Content Creator
to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing engaging content across digital platforms -- including videos, reels, and short-form content -- to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's strategy and marketing goals.
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, reels, and shorts for social media and digital channels.
Write compelling and SEO-friendly scripts, captions, and descriptions to enhance audience engagement.
Research and implement trending topics, formats, and styles to keep content relevant and up to date.
Design visually appealing creatives using
Canva
and
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven content.
Optimize content for reach, visibility, and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies
, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in content creation, video production, and editing.
Strong understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior.
Proficiency in video editing and design tools such as
Canva
,
Adobe Premiere Pro
,
After Effects
, or similar.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and time-management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for social media.
Ability to work independently and remotely with a proactive approach.
