Job Summary:

Karadan Lands Real Estate LLC is looking for a talented and creative

Content Creator

to join our team. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual and written content to promote our property listings, real estate projects, and brand across digital platforms. Your creativity will help attract potential clients and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, posts, blogs) for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.. Develop creative ideas to promote new listings, property launches, and company services. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align content with marketing strategies and branding guidelines. Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Edit and enhance videos for property walkthroughs, agent introductions, and client testimonials. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics and trends. Stay up to date with real estate market trends and social media innovations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or Digital Marketer -- preferably in the

real estate industry

. Strong photography and videography skills; ability to shoot and edit engaging content. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement and reach. Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
