The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering content that aligns with the creative vision of Permanently Unique Group across the UAE. Based within the support team in Dubai, they will ensure that all visual and written output reflects our identity, engages our communities, and drives awareness, loyalty, and revenue growth. With Tattu Dubai set to open shortly, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's recognised best restaurant group as we begin our international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
People
Collaborate with the UK based Marketing, and Creative teams, along with UAE based Operations team to ensure brand alignment across all content.
Support UAE teams by creating engaging content for recruitment, training, and internal communications.
Work with external partners (photographers, videographers, agencies, influencers) to deliver best-in-class content.
Inspire and educate Operations teams on content guidelines and storytelling to encourage brand advocacy.
Profit
Develop content strategies that support sales-driving campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to ensure content contributes to revenue growth.
Support the UK based Marketing team with compelling creative assets for paid social, email marketing, and partnerships.
Identify opportunities to optimise content for ROI and strengthen brand positioning in competitive markets.
Process
Own the content calendar for Permanently Unique Group in the UAE and its brands, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring tone of voice, style, and design align with guidelines.
Manage digital asset libraries to ensure efficient use and reuse of content.
Ensure content production is delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
Promotion
Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content (photo, video, graphic, copy) for social media, websites, and campaigns.
Develop storytelling concepts that bring brand narratives to life and engage target audiences.
Support influencer and PR campaigns with creative content to maximise exposure.
Drive social media growth by creating innovative, trend-led content tailored to each platform.
Product
Showcase the distinct personality, quality, and experience of each restaurant brand through content.
Develop product-focused content that highlights menu innovation, dining experiences, and brand culture.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to translate new launches and seasonal menus into visual campaigns.
Ensure all content communicates the premium, unique positioning of all brands.
Skills Experience Required
3 years proven experience in content creation, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or retail sectors within the UAE.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling across photography, videography, and copywriting.
Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, etc.).
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
A passion for food, drink, culture, and storytelling.
