We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our Dubai real estate & holiday homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that showcases our services and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Create engaging photo and video content for listings, social media, and digital platforms.
Write clear and creative captions, blogs, and scripts optimized for SEO and lead generation.
Manage and grow company presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce reels, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
Stay updated with real estate trends in Dubai and content best practices.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive (real estate background preferred).
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English & Hindi (Additional languages are a plus).
Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
