We are hiring currently looking for a highly proactive Personal Assistant & Content Writer to work in the fast-paced world of Dubai luxury real estate.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Research & Content Writing

Write scripts and draft/refine talking points for: Real estate videos Market analysis Client presentations Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging strategy Write and post blogs on Dubai real estate trends Create personal branding content (reels, carousels, LinkedIn posts, captions, etc.) Repurpose content across platforms and formats
2. Lead Prospecting & Appointment Setting

Call and follow up with: Managers Decision-makers Investment heads at banks, family offices, and financial institutions Set up referral-based meetings Build a pipeline of qualified leads through relationship-building and strategic outreach
3. Inventory Listing Collection & Deal Flows

Connect with brokers and sellers to source premium property listings (off-market and developer inventory) Maintain organized data sheets of property listings Ensure first access to high-potential deals and projects
4. Operational & Shadow Support

Help me stay on top of priorities, attend meetings (online/offline), and track key conversations Manage follow-ups, reminders, documentation, and coordination with media/partner teams Support daily execution of high-impact business tasks behind the scenes
Requirements :

Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus) Strong in real estate content writing & research Confident communicating with CXOs, investors, and high-net-worth clients Professional in WhatsApp/email communication Extremely organized and dependable Tech-savvy - able to use Google Workspace, Notion, ChatGPT, CRMs, and WhatsApp Web
