Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and publish engaging content for a variety of channels including websites, blogs, social media, email, and video.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive messaging across campaigns.
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Shoot and edit photos/videos for social media and digital campaigns (if applicable).
Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific best practices.
Track content performance and adjust strategy based on data and feedback.
Stay updated with emerging content trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, with REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles and social media platforms.
Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
