Content Lab is a Dubai-based creative agency specializing in social media management and content creation for lifestyle-driven brands. We help businesses build awareness, trust, and engagement through scroll-stopping visuals, engaging storytelling, and strategic posting. We're now looking for a talented Content Creator to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We're searching for a creative, organized, and proactive Content Creator to plan, produce, and edit high-quality content for our clients' social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current trends, platforms, and storytelling techniques, with the ability to adapt content styles to different industries and brand voices.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute photo and video shoots for clients (both in-person and remote concepts) Create high-quality, engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and static content Edit content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva Research trends and apply them creatively to client content strategies Work closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to develop concepts Optimize content for each platform's best practices and audience behavior Organize and manage content libraries for multiple clients Assist in brainstorming and executing creative campaign ideas

Requirements

Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography (portfolio required) Arabic Speaker Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) Creative eye for visuals, composition, and storytelling Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and other major platforms Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of social media trends, memes, and engagement tactics Excellent communication and time management skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
