Job Description

We are seeking a creative and hands-on In-House Content Creator with proven experience in photography and videography to lead the creation of compelling, brand-aligned visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality imagery and videos for social media, web, campaigns, lookbooks, product launches, in-store displays, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for multiple channels (social media, website, email, in-store screens).

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that tells the Ascots & Chapels brand story.

Capture behind-the-scenes content at fittings, trunk shows, events, and store activities.

Develop short-form and long-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and paid campaigns.

Edit and retouch product and lifestyle imagery in line with brand aesthetics.

Manage a content calendar and proactively pitch new content ideas aligned with campaigns and seasonal drops.

Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and brand identity across all visuals.

Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and editing equipment.

Liaise with stylists, models, and the tailoring team for scheduled shoots.

Organise and archive visual assets for future use.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).

Strong visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail.

Experience shooting fashion or luxury products is highly preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal outsourcing.

Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Experience with social media trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.
