As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that showcases our properties and promotes our brand. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create content that attracts, informs, and converts potential buyers and renters.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for Dubai's real estate market.

Produce a variety of content types including blog posts, social media posts, videos, property descriptions, newsletters, and more.

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create visually appealing marketing materials.

Manage and update content on the company website and social media channels.

Conduct market research to understand trends and audience preferences in the Dubai real estate sector.

Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company values.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable.
