Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at Skyview Real Estate in Dubai. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to property sales, off-plan investments, market consultancy, and valuation. Daily tasks may include writing property descriptions, creating blog posts, developing social media content, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop creative and original content (articles, blog posts, videos, social media posts, graphics, etc.) for multiple platforms. Ensure all content adheres to the brand's voice, style, and guidelines. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, sales) to create content that supports business objectives.

Editing and Proofreading:

Edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy before publication. Ensure that all content is consistent in style and tone. Make revisions as necessary based on feedback from team members or stakeholders.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Monitor trends and create content that is relevant to the audience. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and promote user-generated content.

SEO and Analytics:

Research keywords and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement. Analyze performance data to assess content effectiveness and make improvements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and other creatives to produce multimedia content. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure that content aligns with campaign goals.

Strategy and Innovation:

Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and content strategies. Suggest new content formats and creative ideas to keep the brand's online presence fresh.

Content Distribution:

Manage content distribution across platforms, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish articles and other media.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content creator, writer, or social media manager. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media algorithms. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Education and Experience:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in content creation or a related role (preferred).

Creative and innovative thinker. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Passionate about staying updated on digital trends and new technologies.
