About the Role:
We are seeking a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital content to join our Marketing team. As a Content Creator, you will support our marketing team by producing engaging content that drives visibility, engagement, and brand loyalty. This role is perfect for someone with a creative eye, strong social media instincts, and the drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry is required for this role!
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with a focus on engagement and growth.
Video Production:
Shoot and edit property tours, agent spotlights, lifestyle clips, and short-form videos (Reels, Stories, etc.).
Content Creation:
Develop eye-catching visual and written content for listings, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
SEO Optimization:
Write content with basic SEO principles in mind to support reach and visibility across platforms and web listings.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track content performance using tools like Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Copywriting:
Craft compelling captions, taglines, and post descriptions tailored to the Dubai real estate audience.
Design Support:
Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express to create branded graphics and digital assets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with agents and the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and timely content delivery.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing.
Understanding of Dubai's social media trends, especially in real estate or lifestyle sectors.
Basic video shooting/editing skills (mobile or DSLR).
Strong writing skills for short-form and visual content.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Meta tools).
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content design platforms.
Interest in Dubai's real estate landscape, architecture, or interiors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or social media performance tracking tools.
Portfolio or content samples (personal or professional).
