Can you turn a 20M dirham penthouse into a 20-second viral video?

We're seeking a creative, strategic, and social-savvy Content Creator to join our Dubai-based team full-time. You'll help us turn high-end listings into premium, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and build the personal brand of some of Dubai's top agents. From beachside villas on Palm Jumeirah to penthouses in the Burj Khalifa, your mission is to capture the lifestyle, architecture, and aspiration of Dubai's luxury market in 30 seconds or less.

What You'll Do:
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) Create social-first content including posts, stories, carousels, and reels Write fast, catchy captions and voiceover scripts that generate views and leads Showcase listings in elegant, eye-catching, and engaging ways Capture agent lifestyle, behind-the-scenes moments, client success stories Work closely with marketing and agents to align with brand tone and strategy Repurpose one listing into 3-5 content formats for various platforms Turn data, insights, and trends into compelling social content Stay ahead of trends in real estate, social media, and luxury branding
Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in content creation (preferably in real estate or lifestyle/luxury sectors) Strong short-form video portfolio (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Skilled in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, InShot Creative eye for visual storytelling and aesthetic Social-first mindset and trend-aware Understands personal branding and online authority building Able to juggle multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines in a fast-paced team Fluent in English
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market SEO and caption-writing skills Multilingual (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin a plus) Graphic design experience for social (Canva, Adobe Suite)
