What We're Looking For:

A passionate Content Creator (Video shoot & edit) who can shoot high-quality videos for social media - Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Property Walkthroughs, Lifestyle content, Agent videos - you name it. Someone who gets the Gen Z energy but can also bring consistency, discipline, and serious execution to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Shoot engaging property and lifestyle videos with agents. Edit videos with high visual standards, snappy transitions, and platform-specific optimization Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, scripts, and trends Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand guidelines Stay on top of trends in Dubai real estate and social media to keep content fresh Sometimes shoot on-site in different properties across Dubai and sometimes shoot with the agents.

Requirements:

Experience with video shooting (even on a phone if you're a pro with it) Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut - whatever you use, just make magic) Great understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus points if you've worked with real estate or lifestyle content before
