Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) through consistent, high-quality content
Develop content that highlights our agents, listings, office culture, client success stories, and local community involvement
Support real estate agents with personalized content for their own social pages and branding (bios, listing videos, agent spotlights)
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos--property tours, agent interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and educational content
Write clear, on-brand copy for property descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and social media captions
Collaborate closely with the marketing team, agents, and photographers to execute cohesive campaigns
Maintain a content calendar and ensure content is aligned with current listings, events, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor performance metrics to track growth and adapt content strategy accordingly
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (real estate experience preferred)
Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and social storytelling
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple agent requests and content needs while staying organized
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, local market trends, and branding principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with a real estate brokerage or agent team
Comfortable directing talent (agents) and capturing content on-site
Knowledge of SEO, CRM platforms (like KVCore), or MLS systems
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
