Falcon Force Real Estate Co. LLC is looking for a

creative and detail-oriented CONTENT CREATOR

to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content across multiple digital platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create compelling, original content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop ideas and campaigns to promote our brand, listings, and services creatively Monitor digital trends and adapt content for maximum reach and engagement Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and property highlights also assist with video shooting/editing and basic graphic design tasks. Work closely with marketing and sales teams for content coordination Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute campaigns Create

visually appealing graphics and captions

that reflect the brand's tone

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or samples required) Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar Excellent communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table Creative thinker, attention to detail, and a strong visual sense Real estate content experience is a plus!
