We are looking for a talented and creative

Content Creator

with

proven real estate experience

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality content across various platforms to showcase our property listings, brand identity, and market insights.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging content for social media, websites, property listings, video scripts, and marketing campaigns Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals Produce real estate-related video content, reels, and visuals with a focus on audience engagement Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand content needs Monitor trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate content creation Strong portfolio showcasing real estate content (written and visual) Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc. Understanding of Dubai's real estate market is a strong plus Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and generate fresh ideas
