Crave Holding is on the hunt for a dynamic Content Creator to be the voice and vision behind our beloved cafes and restaurants! If you live and breathe viral trends, craft scroll-stopping short-form videos, and can turn everyday moments into shareable sensations, then this is your stage. You'll be the brand journalist for our brands, turning our vibrant atmosphere and delicious offerings into content that sparks conversations and turns customers into passionate advocates. Job Profile & Description:
You are the brand journalist and trend-setter for Crave Holding's physical outlets. You are responsible for translating the unique atmosphere, lifestyle, and community of our cafes into highly shareable content. Your primary mission is to create content--especially short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Instagram) and engaging carousels--that achieves virality, turning our customers into our biggest advocates. You must have an innate understanding of what makes content trend and how to showcase our products, staff, and behind-the-scenes moments in a way that resonates deeply with the local Doha audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content calendar focused on creating viral moments for each cafe brand.
Conceptualize and produce a high volume of Reels and TikToks showcasing our products, our talented staff, and compelling behind-the-scenes footage.
Design engaging, story-driven carousel posts that are engineered to be saved and shared.
Actively monitor trends on TikTok and Instagram, rapidly creating content that taps into viral sounds, formats, and local challenges.
Write compelling, hook-oriented copy designed to maximize watch time and engagement.
Engage directly with the community: respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content in the brand's voice to fuel conversations and encourage sharing.
Directing and coordinating with other social media companies once we decide to do a specific campaign such as summer, winter and Ramadan campaigns.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
