The Role

We are seeking a

full-time Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator

to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will plan, create, and execute marketing activities that promote our sports programs and enhance brand presence across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Strategy

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) aligned with the brand's voice and goals. Capture and create engaging video content for all social media channels Will require visiting our venues and events throughout the week Develop and manage content calendars and campaign strategies across all platforms. Stay up to date with trends and audience insights to keep content engaging and relevant. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across digital, print, and venue materials.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement and community interaction. Support and track paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), preparing performance reports. Regularly update website content and visuals in coordination with the development team. Respond promptly and professionally to online comments, reviews, and inquiries.

3. Campaigns & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for term programs, holiday camps, leagues, and events. Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, banners, uniforms, signage, merchandise). Identify and explore new opportunities to increase brand visibility and reach.

4. Communication & CRM Marketing

Draft and send newsletters, promotional emails, and WhatsApp/SMS campaigns using CRM tools (e.g. Mailchimp). Maintain and update the customer database for marketing outreach. Collect and share stories, photos, and updates from venues and internal teams.

5. Event & On-Site Marketing Support

Attend events, sign-up days, and tournaments to capture photo/video content and engage with families. Assist in event activations, open days, and school visits. Ensure timely setup of signage and promotional materials.

6. Reporting & Administration

Produce monthly reports on social media, email, and campaign performance. Maintain the marketing calendar with key campaigns and content plans. Track marketing spend and ROI. Organize and manage the photo/video content library and marketing asset archive.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or content role. Proven experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns. Proficiency with

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut

, or similar tools. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of social media analytics, paid ads, and email marketing platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative mindset and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with website CMS and AI-based marketing tools is an advantage. Driving and having your own car desirable.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
