About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team and drive our content strategy across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals, while also managing a team of content creators. This is a leadership role requiring a mix of hands-on content production, editorial planning and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs. Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, social media, videos, newsletters, and more. Manage and mentor a team of content creators. Collaborate with marketing, partners and agents to support campaigns and initiatives. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all content produced and distributed. Stay current with industry trends, digital tools and content best practices.

Requirements

Storytelling Mastery - Knows how to weave a visual narrative that captivates the audience and delivers a powerful message. Should Be Passionate and Inspiring - Must have a burning desire to create, experiment and grow in their craft. Previous experience in real estate is must. Adaptability - Real estate is a fast-paced environment. Should have the ability in working with tight deadlines or adjusting to an agent's specific needs. Flexibility and resourcefulness go a long way in this field. Communication and Organization - Must have excellent communication skills, an ability to coordinate multiple tasks and demands and the patience to work through any issues that arise. Driver's License is a must. Own car is a plus.
