The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and high-quality content for all company platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns. The role involves planning and producing visual and written materials that reflect the company's brand, promote its services, and attract potential clients in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and publish compelling content (photos, videos, and written posts) for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
Develop creative ideas and concepts aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for marketing materials, property listings, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop property highlights and promotional materials.
Manage the company's social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
Assist in creating marketing videos, reels, and visual storytelling to promote projects.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication and campaign coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Officer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and real estate content trends.
Excellent English writing and communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
Ability to work creatively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
