Create original written, visual, and video content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce content that highlights property features, investment opportunities, and brand values.
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement.
Monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and TikTok Analytics, and optimize based on the insights gained.
Capture and edit photo and video content of properties, construction updates, and real estate events.
Coordinate with influencers and external content partners to expand digital reach.
Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
