Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and talented Content Creator/Community Specialist/Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for PSI, exceptional writing skills, and experience in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms including [list specific platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.]. Develop content strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. Manage and moderate online communities to ensure positive interactions and foster a sense of belonging among members. Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Community Specialist, Social Media Specialist, or similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns. Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Real Estate content creation is a plus. Graphic design and video editing skills. Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques..
