We are looking for a highly creative and strategic
Senior Content Creator
to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for developing high-performing content strategies and leading the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute compelling content strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative direction for campaigns and digital storytelling.
Write, edit, and oversee high-quality content for various formats: social media posts, video scripts, blogs, landing pages, emailers, etc.
Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams to ensure cohesive message delivery.
Analyze content performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior content creators, ensuring creative and brand consistency.
Requirements:
2-5+ years of content creation experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.
Proven experience with multi-platform content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
A solid understanding of content SEO, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with regional/Gulf-based brands or industries.
Familiarity with basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut).
Knowledge of paid media content formats and conversion-focused messaging.
