We are seeking an experienced
Contact Center Manager
with a strong background in the medical or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the contact center, ensuring excellent patient/customer service, and driving performance improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in Arabic; English is an advantage
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
