GluCare is seeking a proactive and motivated Contact Center Intern to support our patient services team for a 1-month internship. The intern will assist with managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and healthcare operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build practical skills in a healthcare contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Check Whatsapp phone for unread and unreplied messages. (this is before we will launch verloop)
2. Check CRM for QA, not replied or follow up with the team/department
3. Admin tasks (ie Workflow creation from draft, etc)
4. Update raw data reports
5. Verloop workflow testing
6. CRM/Bitrix leads QA
Requirements
Qualifications:
Recent graduate in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field
Basic understanding of customer service principles
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to handle calls professionally and courteously
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office, email)
