: Prerequisite:
4+ years of prior experience with customer service/call center (Banking sector)
Fluent in English & Arabic Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow customer service script when handling different topics for uniformity
Maintain good customer relations
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible manner Other Requirements:
Strong telephonic/verbal communication skills along with active listening
Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
Customer-oriented attitude
