Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and address inquiries from students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide information about university programs, services, and policies in a clear and professional manner.
  • Resolve students issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the contact center database.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
Qualifications:
  • Current Ajman university students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with contact center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fully available throughout the summer months.
